Located across from the DeKalb County courthouse and steps from Decatur Square and the adjacent MARTA station, this collaboration between AMLI Residential and Cousins Properties feathers seamlessly into the city fabric of downtown Decatur.

The suite of buildings provides residential apartment units with street level retail and upper level office space, all connected to a public courtyard and gracious new landscaped sidewalks.  The rooftop community terrace, as well as many private apartments, features broad skyline views of Atlanta and a bonus view of Decatur High’s football field.
