Decatur, GA

Part of a mixed-use development across from the Dekalb County courthouse, this new office building takes cues from its context in downtown Decatur.

With offices located above ground floor retail storefronts that tie in seamlessly with the surrounding streetscape, this neighborhood-scaled commercial building replaces an older structure with gated entries in the middle of a sea of parking.  New construction sheathed in red brick, the building shares a landscaped public courtyard and a hidden parking deck with other buildings on the site.
