Adaptive re-use of the Bass Dry Goods Building, built in 1899 and one of the first department stores in the Southeastern US. Includes the renovation of two interlocked buildings to new residential and retail spaces located along a new, through-block series of courtyards that connects Broad Street to Peachtree Street.
