The third phase of the McAuley Park master plan, McAuley Station brings 170 units of affordable housing to Atlanta’s historic Sweet Auburn neighborhood and advances a long term-vision for equitable, health-focused development.

Including both affordable units and transitional units working in concert with the adjacent Mercy Care Clinic, the project blends urbanity with specialty care.  It features a rooftop terrace with city views, shaded exterior walkways inspired by the Southern porch, and textured façade animated by the rhythmic shifting of window openings.  With limited, discreet parking and direct access to transit, McAuley Station supports a connected, community-centered lifestyle.
