An exciting addition to Tampa’s flourishing Water Street area, Predalina was inspired by the history of the city’s bustling docks nearby but also by the life of our clients’ great-grandmother, Predeliana Oliviera. Spaces, finishes, and the seamless flow of indoor and outdoor spaces in this subtle combination of restaurant and retail shop all take their cues from the seaside communities she called home over her 101 years—Brazil, Portugal, and Rhode Island.
