Woodstock, GA

SDA designed five buildings as part of a new urban center interwoven with Woodstock’s historic downtown.  The program includes office, retail, restaurant, and for-sale housing, all with design elements drawn from the existing context of main street and railroad buildings.  Traditional urban massing is combined with contemporary detailing to blend the new construction with its surroundings.  The housing component was one of the first to receive certification under the EarthCraft Multi-Family program developed by Atlanta’s own Southface Institute.
